- Created Several Intranet/Content Management Sites including an Intranet site that has a company directory, company news, departmental segments, a centralized place for network/technical issues, promotions, etc...
- Created a web interface/CMS in order to track domains currently hosted by DTC. This system uses ASP.NET and an MS Access Database.
- Created the New DTCcom.net Website. This site is a database driven site which includes a CMS for site maintenance. Mastered the PHP programming language while creating this 60 page dynamic site. Site was programmed using a MySQL Database, Webmin, and PHP.
- Created a web interface called COS Stage in order for Customer Service Reps to be able to track customer information. This dynamic space was created using ASP.NET and a MS Access Database.
- Created a brand new DTC and DTC Wireless Logo, one that incorporates all of the DTC Business Divisions.
- Created Marketing packages including all stationary, business cards, and marketing materials with the new DTC Logo.
- Created several Advertising Pieces to be used in mailings and door hangings.
- Presented an interactive workshop on Intranet Sites and Content Management Systems to the 2005 NTCA Marketing Committee.
- Developed and Analyzed Bundle Plans using Crystal Reports and Microsoft Excel. This included Revenue Projections, Package Pricing, and Analyzing Sales.
- Created a web interface for DTC Agents to track customer contact and referrals. This is a database driven, secure site developed using PHP and a MySQL database. It allows DTC Agents to log all customer contacts, find out any important network/technical issues from DTC, and have access to our latest marketing materials.
